It would be nice if the parlor had its own half bath. The golf course is very pretty.) Except for floors two and 11, the entire hotel is non-smoking. Alternatively, the odd-numbered rooms overlook a golf course and parking lot. (The closets in the standard rooms are only marginally larger.) Even-numbered rooms offer a view of downtown Omaha across the river (see photo), as well the outdoor Stir Concert Cove. Removing the robes will give you two extra hangers, but there's really room for only eight hangers total, along with an ironing board and iron. While there are plenty of drawers, the biggest drawback to the suites is the small armoire that serves as the only closet (see photo). The 'standard issue' furnishings are typical of most Harrah's properties around the country. Both the parlor and the bedroom have 42' flat screen TVs. The bathrooms are larger than in standard rooms and have two sinks, a Jacuzzi, shower and toilet area. The parlor is furnished with a sofa, chair and ottoman, small round table that seats four, and a built-in 'bar' that contains the refrigerator and where the coffeemaker sits. One-bedroom suites have a parlor about the size of a standard room. Harrah's you officially lost my business. You work there!!! You should be able to find my car. BUT YOU WANTED ME TO GO OUT THERE AND FIND MY CAR. She had to go out there with security to find my car. The supervisor ended up going to get my car BUT SHE COULDN'T FIND IT.

Now why would you offer an amenity that you can't provide. She said 'yes, I'm sorry' but we can't predict things like this. So I repeated what she said to me with a hint of attitude.

Now its 6am and I haven't gotten my coffee yet. I went to retrieve my car in the morning and was told by the supervisor that I would have to retrieve my car myself because their graveyard shift called in. The young man said they were open 24 hours. However I figured maybe they would close early so I asked first before giving them my car. Closer to drive to work than going all the way home.
